Thomson Reuters is hiring a French-speaking Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and setting appointments for our sales teams through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound phone calls to customers and prospects to set appointments for sales teams.
- Identify, generate, and qualify new sales leads using customer analytics, predictive marketing, and existing customer data.
- Concisely explain the benefits of Thomson Reuters products and services to potential clients.
- Prospect new customers and leads assigned as part of a pooled resource group.
- Understand specific customer archetypes and needs within your territory.
- Acquire contact data through prospect identification.
- Run sales campaigns, including creating sequenced emails to generate new sales opportunities.
- Utilize social media platforms to connect with and further score potential leads.
- Pilot new sales enablement tools.
What We're Looking For
- Native-level written and spoken proficiency in French.
- Proficiency in the English language.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, maintaining complex spreadsheets.
- Experience with Salesforce.com (CRM) and other Sales Development tools.
- Agile Methodology experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with outbound calls and sales processes.
- Sales technology knowledge and business process understanding.
