Join The Walt Disney Company as an Intern, Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition based in our Singapore office. You'll be part of the Talent Acquisition team, gaining hands-on exposure to the recruitment process while collaborating to build a robust employer brand and elevate Disney’s candidate experiences.
What You'll Do
- Support the Talent Acquisition team on regional projects.
- Plan and organize engagement sessions and events for Disney Internships.
- Support the development and execution of talent acquisition marketing strategies to enhance TWDC Southeast Asia’s employer brand presence.
- Plan and propose content calendars for potential features.
- Curate and design marketing assets—including photography, videography, and graphic designs—and create engaging content for Recruitment Marketing efforts.
- Showcase Disney’s company values, culture, engagements, and employee experiences across different platforms such as social media, email newsletters, and internal portals.
- Support regional talent acquisition projects through research, data consolidation, and newsletter updates.
- Support recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
What We're Looking For
- You must be an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, and not yet graduated during the internship period.
- Availability for a full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm) between July and December 2026.
- Please indicate your internship availability (start and end dates), expected graduation date, and a link to your creative/design portfolio in your resume and application.
- Good copywriting, photography, video editing, and graphic design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Design suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premier Pro and CapCut.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- You are a creative, innovative, proactive, and motivated individual with good learning agility and a growth mindset.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organization.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A genuine passion for Disney’s branding.
Nice to Have
- Experience in employer branding and/or recruitment marketing is a plus.
