Employment Hero is looking for an Intermediate FullStack Engineer (Frontend) to help build and enhance our award-winning HR technology platform. In this role, you will focus on developing new product lines and features while improving existing ones, all within a collaborative squad environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop new product lines and critical features using ReactJS, React Native, and AWS Cloud services like EC2 and Kubernetes.
- Enhance legacy features for our HR tech platform.
- Provide input into technical strategy with your squad, including participation in sprint planning.
- Develop high-quality frontend code as an end-to-end Frontend Software Development Engineer.
- Ensure code quality through testing and conducting code reviews.
- Share knowledge with your squad and mentor junior developers.
- Learn and collaborate with highly respected Senior Software Developers.
- Translate design wireframes into functioning UI components.
What We're Looking For
- Over 5 years of experience in Frontend Software Development.
- Experience in CI/CD, web application performance tuning, and React/Redux applications.
- In-depth fundamental understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Redux, and build tools such as Webpack, Rollup, and ViteJS.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written).
- Demonstrated experience implementing, maintaining, and deploying full-stack web technologies.
- Strong understanding of standard Software Engineering processes, Testing, and Agile methodology.
- A team player that puts colleagues first and has a highly adaptable approach to work.
- Passionate about learning and sharing knowledge, not afraid to challenge peers, and welcomes being challenged.
Nice to Have
- Openness to upskill in Backend technologies to take on a FullStack Engineer role.
