OKTAGON MMA is seeking an Interim Marketing Manager to take the reins of our German operations and fuel our growth. This is a hands-on marketing role where you'll manage major tournaments and events, with your work seen by hundreds of thousands of fans in arenas.
What You'll Do
- Manage tournaments and events in Germany, including travel, preparation, fighter interviews, content meetings, and VIP hosting.
- Develop concepts and projects linked directly to tournament and expansion goals in close cooperation with the marketing team.
- Handle production and planning: evaluate personnel needs, select and brief freelancers, plan shoots, crew, travel, and locations, and control budgets.
- Lead local video shoots and post-production: take care of fighters and guests, ensure schedules are met, and oversee editing until the final product goes live.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, event, or project management.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage complex events and productions.
- First leadership experience managing freelancers or small teams.
- Flexible and reliable, willing to travel and thrive in live event environments.
- Creative and strategic, able to bring fresh ideas while keeping an eye on budgets and deadlines.
