The Integration Analyst plays a key role in expanding the partner ecosystem by validating and certifying new API integrations. This includes guiding partners through development and testing phases to ensure reliable, end-to-end functionality. The position involves hands-on technical work, clear communication, and meticulous documentation to support seamless data exchange.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive testing with external partners to verify integration performance and reliability.
- Provide technical support during integration development, addressing both internal and external inquiries.
- Document integration setups, configurations, and updates to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Diagnose and resolve API and web service issues in coordination with engineering, product, and support teams.
- Serve as the main contact during pilot or beta programs, connecting client needs with partner capabilities.
- Collaborate with the Integration Product team to investigate technical challenges and track resolution progress.
- Maintain visibility into certification timelines and manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting.
- Adapt work hours as needed to align with global partner time zones.
Qualifications
Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of API technologies. Familiarity with SOAP APIs, HTNG messaging, and XML documentation is essential. Proficiency in tools like Postman or SOAPUI for API testing is required. Strong attention to detail in technical specifications and configurations is critical.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for coordinating across departments and with external partners. The role demands independent problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

- Experience in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology sectors.
- Knowledge of RMS platforms, both front-end and back-end systems.
