Kuehne+Nagel is hiring an Integrated Logistics Quality Auditor to join our 4PL team. In this role, you will provide critical expertise and controls in the supply chain process, focusing on quality and compliance throughout the pharmaceutical and distribution network.
What You'll Do
- Drive operations adherence to GxP healthcare standards where applicable, aligning managed team capabilities with customer requirements and market benchmarks.
- Support the creation and control adherence to quality processes, procedures, and standards compliant with internal and external guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage suppliers in accordance with customer SOPs and KN requirements, while supporting their qualification in line with customer expectations.
- Organize and perform internal audits, LSP audits, authority audits, and external audits in line with customer requirements.
- Maintain the initial and continuous training program for all quality-related tasks for employees involved in the distribution of medicinal products, conduct internal GxP trainings, and review training requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- ISO Lead Auditor certification.
- Proven quality and/or regulatory experience in a pharmaceutical and/or distribution environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 30% annually.
Nice to Have
- Portuguese language skills.
Team & Environment
You will report to the Integrated Logistics Quality Manager, with close working relationships across the business including Excellence Management, Operations Management, Performance Management, and Business Analytics.
