OLIVER Agency is hiring an Integrated Designer to join the creative team in the UK, working on a new finance client. In this role, you’ll take digital, print, and social content projects from initial brief through to final execution, combining traditional design methods with AI and automation technologies to deliver high-impact creative.
What You'll Do
- Produce design concepts and final assets that meet client briefs and standards from outset to completion.
- Positively influence clients with creative input and pitch new creative concepts.
- Proactively champion the use of AI and automation to enhance creative execution and project delivery.
- Create inspiring content—from repurposing and reformatting existing assets to generating new ideas.
- Create print, digital, and animated assets for all channels including social, digital, CRM, print, and events.
- Prepare slide decks to present ideas and secure approval on final executions.
- Evaluate and monitor investment industry trends and research branding and marketing developments.
- Be present in the OLIVER office in Farringdon 3x per week to foster team relationships.
- Manage multiple varying sized projects seamlessly for a high-profile client.
What We're Looking For
- An innate creative flair and a strong sense of design and concepting skills across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects).
- Strong project management skills with an aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience using Pencil would be an advantage.

Team & Environment
You’ll collaborate with a diverse team based in both the UK and offshore locations, reporting to a Senior Integrated Designer.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role based in London, UK, with an expectation to work from the Farringdon office three days per week.
