Anova Care is looking for an Intake Specialist - Telehealth to play an integral part in our operations and customer success. In this remote role, you will manage new patient referrals and coordinate nursing care, serving as a vital link between specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients.
What You'll Do
- Manage new patient referrals and coordinate nursing care.
- Liaise between specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients through various technology platforms to secure nursing and ensure smooth communication and successful care delivery.
- Be the first point of contact for pharmacies, patients, and nurses, ensuring their needs are met with empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to a seamless experience.
- Provide timely and accurate support to foster trust and maintain high satisfaction across all interactions.
