Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly
  • Build rapport with clients to support long-term relationships
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate support teams when needed
  • Participate in regular training sessions on product updates
  • Adhere to ethical sales practices and regulatory standards
  • Manage a high volume of daily customer interactions
  • Provide follow-up support to close sales effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Ensure accurate data entry for all customer records
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information
  • Work independently while meeting remote performance expectations

Compensation
