Trucordia is hiring an Insurance Producer to focus on the trucking insurance market. You will drive sales and manage a portfolio to achieve high retention, using our established methodologies and tools.

What You'll Do

Meet established sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Utilize sales and marketing tools to execute cold calls, in-person appointments, and presentations to close new business.
Act as a subject matter expert in a chosen area of focus.
Continually manage a book of business to support high renewal rates.
Collaborate with Client Service to analyze renewal business and place new accounts.
Follow company sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of tools and the sales management platform.

What We're Looking For

A state-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
A 4-year degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years in an insurance sales role.
Proficiency with professional programs such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
Demonstrated skills in analytics and internal/external communication.
