Steadily is hiring an Insurance Coverage and Compliance Analyst in the Kansas City Metro area. You will be a subject matter expert, helping to build out our compliance department and shape the future of our landlord insurance products. What You'll Do
- Enhance the coverage and form language of our existing products and draft new endorsements.
- Assist with the development, submission, and monitoring of regulatory filings.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on landlord insurance compliance, including reporting requirements, data calls, stat reporting, licensing, and contract language.
- Monitor regulatory developments in active and prospective markets.
- Work closely with the development team on programming specifications.
- Assist with building out the compliance department and implementing processes and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in insurance compliance.
- Demonstrated regulatory experience.
Nice to Have
- Property, underwriting, and/or product experience.
- Experience assisting with launching new insurance products.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and strong written communication.
- Experience communicating with regulators and using SERFF.
