Siemens Healthineers is hiring a Technical Training Instructor for its VMS software platform. In this role, you will conduct technical training courses for customers and employees, develop learning materials, and collaborate with teams to identify training needs. You’ll help ensure our users and staff are equipped with the knowledge to operate our healthcare technology effectively.
What You'll Do
- Conduct classroom training for internal and external customers on the product and technical characteristics of VMS software and equipment.
- Develop new and update existing training materials to align with new software versions and standards.
- Plan your activities in cooperation with other instructors to prepare for upcoming courses.
- Identify training needs by consulting with field service teams and customers to develop effective technical and product training programs.
- Maintain a high degree of professional knowledge and safety consciousness according to VMS guidelines.
- Collect technical information on VMS products’ operating characteristics, design factors, and performance to keep training materials current.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of a Technical Institute or University in electronics, electrical/biomedical, IT engineering, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of and professional experience with PC-based systems and excellent IT networking skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and self-management skills.
- Understanding of adult education and learning methodologies.
- Willingness to work normal and non-normal hours as required to support customers.
- Must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements for client site access.
Nice to Have
- Minimum of 3 years ARIA and Eclipse field service or installation experience.
- Basic clinical knowledge.
- German language skills.
