Tenna is looking for an Installation Technician to deliver our construction technology solutions directly to client sites. You will be responsible for the hands-on deployment and initial configuration of our hardware and software systems.

What You'll Do

Travel to client job sites nationwide to perform on-site hardware installations.
Configure and test system components to ensure proper functionality.
Provide basic client training on the operation and features of installed systems.
Document installation processes and report on site conditions.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues during deployment.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a field installation, technical deployment, or similar hands-on role.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and installation guides.
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical/technical aptitude.
Excellent communication skills and a professional client-facing demeanor.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (nationwide).

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position where you will work from home between assignments. The role requires frequent, nationwide travel to client locations for on-site installations.
