The Installation Supervisor at Securitas is responsible for overseeing the installation of security systems, managing field operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with project managers and engineers throughout the installation lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Resource planning with Project Co-ordinator
- Requesting equipment for planned jobs
- Checking and confirming equipment along with all paperwork is ready for installation
- Prestart site visits / quote reviews
- Acting as 1st Point of contact regarding installation queries
- Conducting installation progress reviews and escalation of issues
- Performing on site visits and spot checks
- Conducting prestart meetings
- Performing quality control
- Managing the works within the field
- Monitoring Engineer Productivity
- Conducting H&S Audits
- Conducting NSI Site Audits
- Conducting Contractor & Project Audits
- Providing Site Training (where applicable)
- Handing over to customer and field service teams
- Supporting commissioning process
- Ensuring works are completed within the required timescale
- Identifying issues with quotation and highlighting issues with Project Managers
