Clarion Home Services Group is looking for an Install Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational heartbeat of our HVAC installation process. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple moving parts daily to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Assign Comfort Advisors to incoming sales leads and review completed sales calls to ensure accurate notes and follow-up actions are documented.
- Audit jobs for absolute readiness (permits, equipment specs, and financing). Once sold, officially book the install and add it to the strategic installation calendar.
- Facilitate the support chat between field technicians and Virtual Comfort Advisors to resolve real-time hurdles.
- Assist customers with financing applications and provide general administrative support to the leadership team.
- Review install checklists to ensure data is entered and accurate before a job hits the field.
- Act as the primary point of contact for install concierge calls, confirming installation dates with customers and communicating sold job details to the respective branches.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in scheduling, project coordination, or high-volume administrative roles.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and standard office tools.
- Ability to bridge the gap between sales, technicians, and customers across multiple time zones.
