Property Leads is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to sell high-quality, motivated seller leads to real estate investors. This remote role involves heavy phone outreach, pipeline management, and serving as the first impression of the company, requiring strong communication skills and a drive to exceed sales targets.
What You'll Do
- Outreach to investors via phone (nationwide) to discuss Property Leads value proposition and product offering
- Make a minimum of 200 dials a day to build the momentum needed to hit sales goals
- Overcome objections and negotiate solutions while building trust with investors to understand their needs
- Research clients using internal notes, company websites, and other public information
- Manage assigned prospects through the CRM
- Meet and exceed required sales targets
- Be responsible for the amount an investor deposits upon sign up
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of commission sales experience
- 1+ years of CRM management experience, ideally in real estate or lead generation
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel) and Airtable
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and collaborative with a strong sense of accountability
- Self-aware and heavy emphasis on constant self-improvement
- Motivation to exceed sales goals – not satisfied by doing the minimum, and strives to be the best
- Strong communication skills – building rapport quickly, active listening, and confidence in what you’re saying
- Desire to contribute to the bottom line and recognize that a team is only as strong as the weakest player – seeks feedback and wants to continuously improve
- Ability to multi-task and work independently while paying attention to detail
- Strong initiative to strive for continuous accuracy, quality, and timeliness of information
- Hear and talk on a phone headset for up to 8 hours per day
- Individual Hardline High-speed internet connection

Benefits & Compensation
- Base Salary: $20,000 - $30,000 per year
- Uncapped commission
