About the Role

The representative will drive sales growth by managing integrated partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, supporting onboarding and integration processes, and maintaining consistent communication with partner networks to ensure mutual success.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and maintain regular contact with partner organizations
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing partnerships
  • Support onboarding and integration of new partner programs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner success
  • Track and report on partner performance metrics
  • Respond to partner inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key partners
  • Promote new offerings to partner networks
  • Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with partners
  • Monitor market trends affecting partner performance
  • Escalate technical or operational issues as needed
  • Provide feedback from partners to product teams
  • Assist in developing partner-specific sales strategies
  • Ensure compliance with partnership agreements
  • Participate in training sessions for partner enablement
  • Follow up on leads generated through partner channels
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product portfolio
  • Work closely with account management on shared clients
  • Drive renewal and upsell conversations with partners
  • Adhere to sales processes and reporting standards
  • Utilize data to inform outreach and strategy
  • Support partner certification and accreditation
  • Attend partner meetings and industry events
  • Maintain alignment with regional sales goals
