Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to SQL and data platforms
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer technical inquiries
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Guide clients through integration processes for data systems
- Document technical workflows and troubleshooting procedures
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address concerns
- Translate customer needs into technical requirements for product teams
- Support onboarding and training for new clients
- Assist in validating data accuracy and performance of queries
- Participate in post-implementation reviews and follow-ups
- Coordinate with support teams to ensure timely resolution
- Track and report on recurring technical issues
- Provide feedback to product development based on client usage
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SQL and data tools
- Assist in testing new features before release
- Ensure compliance with data handling standards
- Work with clients across different time zones as needed
- Prepare technical summaries for non-technical stakeholders
- Support data migration and transformation initiatives
- Respond to service interruption alerts and assist in resolution
