Varicent is hiring an Associate Technical Account Manager – SQL & Data

About the Role

This role involves working directly with clients to resolve technical challenges, primarily focused on SQL and data systems. The individual will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring technical requirements are met and solutions are implemented effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to SQL and data platforms
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer technical inquiries
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Guide clients through integration processes for data systems
  • Document technical workflows and troubleshooting procedures
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address concerns
  • Translate customer needs into technical requirements for product teams
  • Support onboarding and training for new clients
  • Assist in validating data accuracy and performance of queries
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with support teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Track and report on recurring technical issues
  • Provide feedback to product development based on client usage
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SQL and data tools
  • Assist in testing new features before release
  • Ensure compliance with data handling standards
  • Work with clients across different time zones as needed
  • Prepare technical summaries for non-technical stakeholders
  • Support data migration and transformation initiatives
  • Respond to service interruption alerts and assist in resolution
