AQUISO sales solutions GmbH is hiring an Inside Sales Manager (m/w/d) to spearhead lead generation and new customer acquisition through phone and written communication. You will join a growing team, working flexibly from home to qualify leads, handle objections, coordinate appointments, and maintain client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Conduct telephone and written qualification of leads.
- Answer questions and handle corresponding objections.
- Perform follow-up on leads to drive progression.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with the client's sales team.
- Manage ongoing client communication, including reporting.

- Persistence and strong communication and negotiation skills on the phone.
- Confident demeanor when engaging with business decision-makers.
- High self-motivation and a drive to meet agreed sales targets.
- Quick comprehension to recognize solution value and convey it over the phone.
- Perfect German language skills at native level (spoken and written).
- A conscientious, precise, and reliable work ethic.
Nice to Have
- Experience in telephone sales, telemarketing, or telephone acquisition.
- Understanding of economic contexts, entrepreneurial decision-making processes, and company structures.
- A business education (e.g., HAK, HASCH).
- Basic knowledge of company databases and CRM systems.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a call center/inside sales team within a company of 11-50 employees.
