About the Role

AQUISO sales solutions GmbH is hiring an Inside Sales Manager (m/w/d) to spearhead lead generation and new customer acquisition through phone and written communication. You will join a growing team, working flexibly from home to qualify leads, handle objections, coordinate appointments, and maintain client relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct telephone and written qualification of leads.
  • Answer questions and handle corresponding objections.
  • Perform follow-up on leads to drive progression.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments with the client's sales team.
  • Manage ongoing client communication, including reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • Persistence and strong communication and negotiation skills on the phone.
  • Confident demeanor when engaging with business decision-makers.
  • High self-motivation and a drive to meet agreed sales targets.
  • Quick comprehension to recognize solution value and convey it over the phone.
  • Perfect German language skills at native level (spoken and written).
  • A conscientious, precise, and reliable work ethic.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in telephone sales, telemarketing, or telephone acquisition.
  • Understanding of economic contexts, entrepreneurial decision-making processes, and company structures.
  • A business education (e.g., HAK, HASCH).
  • Basic knowledge of company databases and CRM systems.

Team & Environment

You will be part of a call center/inside sales team within a company of 11-50 employees.

  • Attractive base salary with above-average success-based compensation (appointment and closing commissions, annual bonus).
  • Flexible core working hours Monday–Friday (08:00 – 16:30) via remote work.
