U-Haul is hiring an Inside Sales professional to drive growth in key international markets. This role focuses on generating qualified leads and building business opportunities across the UK, Germany, and Europe, while managing a team to meet sales and recruitment goals.
What You'll Do
- Generate qualified leads and maintain detailed customer information.
- Build and develop business opportunities in the UK, Germany, and Europe.
- Lead and steer a small team to achieve sales and recruitment targets.
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and successfully close deals.
- Oversee the complete end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of total professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience building business opportunities in the UK, Germany, and Europe.
Team & Environment
You will lead and steer a small team, working within a dynamic, motivated group focused on international projects for the European market.
