Tunymedia GmbH is seeking an Inhouse Headhunter / Performance Recruiter (m/w/d) to own the full recruitment lifecycle for our internal positions. In this 100% remote role, you will focus on actively sourcing and closing the best talent through immediate follow-up and structured processes within our high-energy environment.
What You'll Do
- Call new applicants immediately and conduct initial qualification.
- Actively source on LinkedIn for the best candidates for key positions.
- Conduct application and contract negotiations up to the point of signature.
- Document every step cleanly in the CRM system.
What We're Looking For
- Background in a performance-oriented environment like personnel services or headhunting.
- Deep knowledge of telephone business and cold outreach.
- High energy, strong rhetoric, and a voice that exudes competence.
- Ability to lead people on the phone, handle objections, and generate enthusiasm.
- A closing mentality focused on deciding fit and winning candidates.
- An ESTJ/ENTJ personality: structured, decisive, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in Active Sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter.
