Fixpoint is hiring an Information Security Engineer for a contract role on a research project at a leading AI company. You will use your professional expertise to help shape how AI understands and interacts with the world of information security.
What You'll Do
- Explain the core challenges and required skillsets of the Information Security Engineer job.
- Define and articulate what excellence looks like in the Information Security Engineer profession.
- Design relevant, occupation-specific questions for Information Security Engineers.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-time work experience in a relevant field.
- Native-level English communication skills.
- Current U.S. residency.
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet.
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week contract.
Nice to Have
- Experience developing information security standards and best practices.
- Background implementing software tools for threat detection, prevention, and analysis.
- Providing technical support for the installation and use of security products.
