Included Health is looking for an Infertility/Maternity Nurse Care Manager to provide expert clinical guidance and support. This full-time, remote role is part of our Clinical Team within the Clinical Strategy And Services department, focusing on members throughout their fertility and maternity care.
What You'll Do
- Provide specialized clinical care management and support for infertility and maternity cases
- Develop and manage personalized care plans in collaboration with members and providers
- Advocate for members to ensure they receive appropriate, high-quality care
- Educate and empower members on their health journey and available resources
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted RN license
- Demonstrated clinical experience in obstetrics, women's health, infertility, or maternity nursing
- Strong care coordination skills and experience in case management
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Proficiency with digital tools and comfort working in a remote environment
Work Mode
This is a full-time, remote position. The role is open to candidates located in Utah, with the ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team setting.
