Anagram is looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for our clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring they achieve their goals with our products.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new clients and guide them through product implementation and adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor, conducting regular business reviews and proactively managing accounts.
- Develop and execute success plans to drive value, retention, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and feedback.
- Analyze customer health metrics and identify and mitigate churn risk.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role.
- Strong ability to understand client business objectives and translate them into success plans.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track metrics and outcomes.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a portfolio of accounts independently.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates should be based in or near New York City, NY.
