Anagram was looking for a Customer Success Manager

Anagram is looking for a Customer Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for our clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring they achieve their goals with our products.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through product implementation and adoption.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, conducting regular business reviews and proactively managing accounts.
  • Develop and execute success plans to drive value, retention, and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and feedback.
  • Analyze customer health metrics and identify and mitigate churn risk.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role.
  • Strong ability to understand client business objectives and translate them into success plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track metrics and outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a portfolio of accounts independently.

Work Mode

This is a remote position. Candidates should be based in or near New York City, NY.
