Kohl's is looking for an Independent Account Executive to join our team remotely in the EST time zone. In this role, you will be the personal liaison for dealerships within a dedicated region, focusing on customer retention and new account acquisition to drive business growth through superior service.
What You'll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for dealerships within your assigned book of business and drive growth by understanding your customer’s business needs.
- Maintain communication across departments to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Develop expertise in products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Thoroughly document all research and customer interactions in our CRM to ensure reliability.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance against sales targets using CRM software to meet or exceed all goals.
- Coach customers on best practices with personalized guidance to help them thrive in our marketplace.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of related sales and/or account management experience.
- Strong understanding of online technologies and proficiency in Google Suite.
- Proven track record as a proactive problem-solver who takes ownership from start to finish.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and stay focused in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with DOMO or other data analysis tools.
- Experience working with Slack.
- Automotive industry experience.
