The Oregon Department of Energy is hiring an Incentive Program Assistant (Public Service Representative 4) to support the administration and delivery of key consumer incentive programs. This is a limited-duration position offering a hybrid remote work model.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the implementation and day-to-day operations of public incentive programs.
- Process applications and manage program data to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
- Respond to public inquiries and provide clear information on program eligibility and processes.
- Support program outreach and education efforts to increase public awareness and participation.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain program integrity and improve customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Experience delivering public-facing services or programs, preferably in a government or utility setting.
- Strong ability to explain complex program rules and procedures in a clear, accessible manner.
- Proven skill in managing detailed records and data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid remote environment.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid remote work position. The role will combine remote work with required in-office days at the agency's Salem location, as determined by business needs.
