What You'll Do
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to families navigating senior care decisions. You'll respond to pre-qualified leads from your remote workspace, conducting thoughtful consultation calls to understand each family’s unique needs. Your role includes matching seniors with appropriate living communities and home care providers, scheduling tours, and supporting the journey toward a successful move-in.
You’ll act as the primary point of contact during the initial stages, ensuring families feel heard and supported. Performance is based on meeting daily activity goals, including call volume and referral outcomes. After completing onboarding, you’ll coordinate directly between families and care providers, maintaining a consistent and compassionate experience aligned with our mission.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in an inbound sales or call center environment
- Proven record of meeting or surpassing sales goals
- Ability to manage phone conversations while entering data in real time
- Strong proficiency with computers, including Word, Excel, and CRM platforms
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote operations

Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates in the Central Time Zone. You’ll work set shifts, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, with expectations for consistent schedule adherence from your home office.
