About the Role
The Inbound Sales Representative will handle incoming customer inquiries, guide prospects through the sales process, and close deals to meet performance targets.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries from various channels including phone and digital platforms

- Advance prospects through the sales pipeline efficiently
- Meet or exceed individual sales and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

- Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends
- Address customer concerns with professionalism and clarity
- Follow company sales methodology and best practices
- Use CRM tools to track and manage customer relationships
- Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions
- Adapt communication style to suit diverse customer backgrounds
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary
- Support marketing initiatives by providing customer feedback
- Uphold brand standards during all customer engagements
- Work within defined sales processes while identifying improvement opportunities
- Handle high call volumes while maintaining service quality
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain punctuality and reliability in remote work schedule
- Contribute to team goals through consistent performance
- Respond promptly to internal communications and requests
- Demonstrate accountability for individual results
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance sales effectiveness
- Support onboarding of new team members when needed
