Greenburg Traurig is hiring an IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Establish project boundaries and timelines with an emphasis on consistent, on-time value delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate regular project status and team working sessions.
  • Create and share updates on project progress with stakeholders.
  • Identify, track, and resolve risks and issues; adjust plans as needed and manage delivery timelines.
  • Design and support initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes and tracking their effectiveness.
  • Guide teams in making strategic decisions related to system deployment, updates, and upkeep.
  • Produce and maintain business process documentation for use in testing and training.
  • Implement and maintain a structured project management approach, promoting best practices in Agile methodologies.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap to transition from current workflows to a fully Agile model.
  • Apply standardized performance indicators to evaluate project and program outcomes.
  • Support the adoption of Agile tools, standards, and measurement techniques to ensure consistent team execution.
  • Track project expenditures, schedule compliance, and technical work quality.
  • Generate and deliver technical analysis reports as requested by the Agency to inform decision-making.
