ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is looking for a remote Inbound & Outbound Customer Service Agent to support a US-based real estate investment and development client. You will be responsible for managing communications and providing service to tenants and prospective renters, working on EST hours from South Africa.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming calls and emails from tenants and prospects
- Schedule appointments and property showings
- Follow up on leads, rental inquiries, and missed calls
- Assist with rent questions, maintenance requests, and general property information
- Update internal systems and maintain accurate records of communications
What We're Looking For
- Industry experience in real estate, property management, or a leasing office
- Excellent and fluent English communication skills
- Friendly, professional phone manner and proactive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident with computers, including MS Office and Outlook
- Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps upload and download
- Ability to support a wired Ethernet connection
- Reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages
