About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking an In-Store Product Manager to drive the strategy, execution, and success of retail product solutions. This is a highly customer-facing role that bridges product strategy, go-to-market planning, and direct client engagement, requiring close work with external partners, top retailers, and internal teams.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and refine in-store product pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies.
  • Design, execute, and optimize go-to-market plans with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Build deep relationships with customers and partners through regular engagement and business reviews.
  • Lead and manage flagship programs with strategic retailers.
  • Create and deliver sales enablement tools, training, and collateral.
  • Gather feedback to continuously refine product value propositions and messaging.
  • Serve as the primary external point of contact for key programs.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10 years in product management or product marketing, preferably in SaaS or retail tech.
  • Proven track record in external-facing roles with direct client and partner engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with in-store retail technology, trade promotions, shopper marketing, or working with major retailers like Target, Ahold, Walmart, or Kroger.

  • Compensation: USD $156,000–$248,000 per year + stock options.
