AllShore Talent is hiring an In-Home BCBA to deliver individualized, ethical, and family-centered ABA services to clients in the Fort Worth area. This hybrid position combines hands-on client impact with remote work flexibility.
What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans.
- Manage a small caseload of 6–7 clients located primarily in the West 820 Loop & I-35W corridor.
- Complete weekly in-home visits, including parent training and caregiver collaboration.
- Provide support and supervision to RBTs, both in-home and remotely.
- Use a tablet-based ABA data collection platform for efficient documentation.
- Motivate and engage clients through learning, play, and positive reinforcement.
- Maintain professional, confidential communication with families and staff.
What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA certification and LBA license.
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Behavioral Health, or a related field.
- Clean background check and drug screen.
- Passion for high-quality, ethical ABA and family collaboration.
