Revalize is hiring an Implementation Specialist CPQ to work directly with customers and internal teams on CPQ implementation projects. You will report to the Implementation Team Manager and be responsible for analyzing, designing, and delivering solutions that meet customer objectives for products, pricing, and sales processes.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to the Professional Services team by providing excellent customer service and support while executing project implementations.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate customer business requirements and solution objectives, being attentive to potential scope creep.
- Participate in ongoing implementation team decisions and projects, writing detailed steps required to develop or modify applications.
- Lead implementation-specific activities and conduct meetings with new and existing customers.
- Input issues and case data into customer-facing and internal issue tracking applications.
- Communicate with internal Product Development team members for technical support needs.
- Proactively identify and resolve process inefficiencies in collaboration with the Implementation Manager and team.
- Participate in ongoing departmental continuous improvement initiatives.

Team & Environment
You will report to the Implementation Team Manager and work closely with project managers and business analysts.
