Role Overview
This position supports the successful rollout of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems as part of the Professional Services team. Reporting to the Implementation Team Manager, you will partner with project managers and business analysts to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on implementation support and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the deployment lifecycle
- Analyze customer business needs, pricing models, and sales processes to design effective CPQ configurations
- Lead customer meetings, guide onboarding activities, and monitor project scope to prevent unintended expansions
- Document technical workflows, troubleshooting steps, and resolution procedures clearly and consistently
- Log issues and track cases using internal and customer-facing support platforms
- Collaborate with Product Development teams to address technical challenges and refine system capabilities
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and work with leadership to implement improvements
- Contribute to team-wide initiatives focused on enhancing implementation speed, accuracy, and automation
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools and a willingness to adopt emerging AI methodologies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Proven ability to analyze business rules, product catalogs, and pricing structures to deliver tailored solutions
