Drata is looking for an Implementation Manager to guide organizations through the critical onboarding and implementation phase of our platform. You will combine expertise in project management, software implementation, and compliance to help customers adopt Drata efficiently and effectively.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end implementation process for assigned customers by creating project timelines, defining milestones, and ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Build trust-based relationships with customers by understanding their business needs and translating them into tailored implementation plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, anticipating needs and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Configure and customize Drata's SaaS platform to align with customer requirements while applying best practices.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops that empower customers to confidently use the platform.
- Provide guidance and documentation to support customer self-sufficiency post-launch.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to coordinate seamless handoffs.
- Escalate risks or feedback proactively to support continuous improvement.
- Contribute ideas to enhance implementation tools, templates, and processes.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or project management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously and delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or FedRAMP.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate concepts related to APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to build rapport and drive alignment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-first mindset and passion for helping organizations achieve their security and compliance goals.

- Compensation: Tier 1 OTE $142,900-$176,500; Tier 2 OTE $128,600-$158,900; Tier 3 OTE $114,300-$141,200 + equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
