Achievers is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our Customer Operations – Professional Services team. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the deployment of our solutions, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, from project kickoff to go-live.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Support to define project scope and timelines.
- Manage project plans, track milestones, and proactively communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Configure the platform to meet specific client requirements and business workflows.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to drive user adoption and platform understanding.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing implementation, project management, or consulting role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and manage expectations effectively.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- High degree of organization and attention to detail.
Work Mode
This role is based in Toronto and operates on a hybrid work model, combining in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility.
