Rundoo is looking for an Implementation Manager to manage the full process for clients adopting our software. You will oversee everything from initial sign-up through going live, building strong client relationships and collaborating with sales and customer success to ensure seamless onboarding.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the entire journey of getting a client live, from initial sign-up, hardware ordering and setup, to training and providing day-of support.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s unique needs and goals, offering personalized, hands-on support throughout the onboarding process.
- Collaborate closely with sales development and customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs, client satisfaction, and long-term success.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communicator with a track record of building strong, consultative customer relationships.
- Experience in project management with excellent attention to detail.
- Problem solver who can address client challenges proactively and troubleshoot issues.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with or experience in paint and hardware, building materials, construction supply, or related industries.
- Comfortable adapting and working in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift.
- Prior experience in education.
- Experience driving change with customers adopting new workflows or systems.
Team & Environment
The sales team includes 2 Implementation Managers, a Head of Product, Head of Client Success, Client Success Managers, Account Executives, and engineering and marketing leadership. This role is part of the sales and client success organization.
