Apperio is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding of enterprise clients to the Apperio platform. In this role, you will engage senior legal and operations stakeholders to ensure a smooth, successful, and timely implementation while helping refine our onboarding strategy and processes.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage onboarding of 6–12 client organizations at various stages of implementation
- Lead kickoff calls, data integration sessions, and executive briefings
- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing clear communication and building trust
- Escalate roadblocks, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate cross-functionally
- Define and improve onboarding playbooks, documentation, and processes
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the broader Delivery strategy
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in SaaS, legal operations, or consulting
- Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple implementations
- Executive presence and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
- Must be authorized to work in the US
