Keeper Security, Inc. is hiring an Implementation Engineer for the EMEA region to guide customers through integrating Keeper's software within their environment. You'll ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to full utilization by understanding business needs, configuring software, and providing technical support.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific business needs and objectives, conducting thorough needs assessments.
- Configure Keeper to meet unique customer requirements, ensuring optimal system performance and usability.
- Communicate with German-speaking customers, both verbally and in writing.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to educate customers on using Keeper effectively.
- Create comprehensive documentation, user guides, and knowledge resources.
- Offer continuous level 2 technical support, troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer configurations, customizations, and communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales.
- Participate in internal meetings to provide insights into customer needs and help improve Keeper.
- Effectively oversee multiple implementation projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years progressive experience in SaaS implementation, technical support, or a related role.
- Must be bilingual, native German with English fluency (both verbal and written).
- Must permanently reside in Ireland.
- Experience in SaaS deployment.
- Mac OSX, Windows & Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.
- Strong command of Linux Shell and PowerShell.
- Advanced knowledge in Firewalls, AD environments, DNS Servers, Authentication protocols, LDAP.
- Advanced knowledge in on-prem/cloud/hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud technologies, and software integration.
- Proficiency in programming languages, APIs, and data manipulation.
- Proficiency in leading external customer engagements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, across global regions and time zones.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Nice to Have
- Security software experience.
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with Google docs and MS-office tools.
- PMP Certification and/or other Certifications related to SaaS or cloud technologies.
- IT experience.
- Versed in Python.
