Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and configuration of UpSlide on Microsoft platforms, applying structured project management to ensure smooth delivery.
- Run bespoke and impactful training sessions for clients to introduce them to the tool and secure adoption.
- Analyze client needs and tailor solutions that drive measurable impact.
- Run engaging training sessions and Q&A follow-ups to ensure successful adoption and retention.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor and advocate for their long-term success.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically throughout the project lifecycle, navigating complex conversations with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
- Celebrate client milestones and proactively gather feedback to strengthen partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design scalable, creative solutions that challenge conventional approaches.
- Submit product feedback and feature requests based on client insights.
- Contribute to the UpSlide user community through articles, videos, and knowledge sharing.
- Spot commercial opportunities and share insights with Sales and Pre-Sales teams.
- Understand the financial impact of your work and integrate commercial reasoning into client discussions.
- Stay curious about industry trends and client challenges to inform strategic planning.

Additional Information
- Onboarding timeline: Months 1–3 include meeting global teams and absorbing knowledge; begin smaller client-facing projects around month 3 and support senior consultants on larger ones.
