Polly is seeking an Implementation Consultant with a focus on Change Management and Delivery to join our Professional Services team. You will be responsible for ensuring successful client implementations and driving adoption through structured change processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for new clients
- Develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption
- Partner with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective solutions
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while managing stakeholder expectations
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enable clients on Polly's platform
- Create documentation and best practice guides for client reference
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in implementation consulting, professional services, or client delivery roles
- Strong background in change management methodologies and project delivery
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
