Q4 is looking for an Implementation Consultant to serve as the primary point of contact for new Neon One clients throughout their implementation journey. You'll ensure a successful onboarding experience by managing system setup, data migration, and user training to drive product adoption and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a full portfolio of new clients as their primary contact throughout implementation.
- Manage the implementation lifecycle, providing timely communication, data analysis, system configuration, training, and launch guidance.
- Conduct data imports for NCRM clients using in-product tools or by preparing complex data import rules.
- Work independently to ensure expeditious time-to-value for clients, meeting specified timelines.
- Manage all projects by keeping internal systems like ChurnZero, ZenDesk, JIRA, and Salesforce accurate and up to date.
- Develop extensive product knowledge and stay current on releases.
- Lead live web-based product trainings personalized to diverse, non-technical audiences.
- Apply critical thought to recommend strategic solutions based on industry best practices.
- Bridge the gap between software functionality and real-world application to reduce migration friction.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs by delivering high-quality work on time and driving measurable results.
- Promote a collaborative work environment by supporting teammates and working cross-departmentally.
- Cross-train and support adjacent functions to help meet Professional Services and company goals.
- Provide thoughtful product feedback and help develop best practices based on client challenges.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years in a training or teaching role, with ability to convey technical subject matter to non-technical audiences.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tools like XLOOKUP.
- A curious mindset that proactively seeks opportunities to grow product and industry knowledge.
- Strong customer service background.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the nonprofit industry.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment or with a similar CRM platform.
