NeoWork is looking for a hands-on IFS Technical Developer/Administrator to provide technical ownership of our IFS platform. You will support, maintain, and enhance native and custom functionality within a complex enterprise environment.
What You'll Do
- Support IFS development, configuration, customization, and ongoing system maintenance
- Administer and maintain IFS environments, including upgrades, patching, and performance optimization
- Support and enhance native and custom IFS functionality across business modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues within the IFS platform
- Assist with system integrations, data flows, and technical improvements
- Work closely with IT/IS leadership and business stakeholders on prioritization and solution design
- Coordinate technical changes, deployments, and system improvements
- Document configurations, customizations, integrations, and technical workflows
- Participate in continuous improvement and system optimization initiatives
