AECOM is hiring an ICT Team Lead

Our national ICT team are looking for an experienced ICT & Security Consultant to join their team as an Associate Director. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, drive technical excellence, mentor emerging talent and contribute to a variety of projects across Australia and New Zealand. How you'll make a difference - Lead the design and delivery of ICT and Electronic Security systems across major building projects, from client briefing through to construction phase support and inspections. - Develop detailed technical solutions including structured cabling systems, wireless networks, CCTV, electronic access control, intruder alarms, perimeter intrusion detection, Type 1A Security Alarm Systems and cyber security frameworks. - Manage stakeholder engagement, project costing, technology road mapping, tender responses and business development opportunities. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants, fostering quality assurance and a high-performance team culture. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary Buildings + Places teams and the national Technology Advisory group to deliver integrated, future-ready solutions. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic growth across the ICT and Security practice. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
