TDCX is hiring an ICT Specialist to maintain the performance and integrity of our mission-critical server infrastructure. You will work in a 24/7 operating environment in Thailand, ensuring systems run optimally and securely.
What You'll Do
- Ensure servers are running at an optimal level in a 24/7 operating environment.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on system uptime, server capacity, security compliance, and SLA metrics.
- Document processes for System and IT procedures to maintain standard builds and configuration settings.
- Perform system audits for vulnerabilities.
- Oversee security compliance, ensuring mission-critical servers are patched according to defined policy.
- Perform and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly server backup and recovery processes.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
- A Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher in IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
- Knowledge of IT equipment, especially desktop and laptop hardware and software.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems systematically.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, server administration, and server installation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
Nice to Have
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with Inventory and Helpdesk Ticketing Tools.
