About the Role

We are looking for an Engineering Technician to work closely with leadership to maintain the hotel's critical equipment and systems, ensuring seamless daily operations.

What You'll Do

  • Adhere to all staff rules, regulations, and management directives.
  • Ensure the safe, normal operation of the hotel's daily power, water, gas, heating, and cooling systems.
  • Inspect and maintain all assigned equipment and facilities, keeping accurate operation and shift handover records.
  • Follow up on maintenance for banquets and meetings to guarantee optimal equipment function.
  • Regularly test-run generators to ensure backup power readiness.
  • Supervise and inspect fire prevention work, taking action to correct violations.
  • Supervise, train, and develop technicians and apprentices, preparing them for advancement.
  • Manage tool inventory and track usage.
  • Recommend disciplinary action for assigned subordinates when necessary.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Familiarity with the operation principles and fault diagnosis of large infrastructure systems, including power supply, air conditioning, fire control, security, monitoring, and networking.
  • Willingness to engage in long-term monitoring posts for day and night shifts, with dedicated time for study.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, professionalism, and learning ability.
  • An active, motivated approach to work with a good service orientation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
