In All Media Inc is seeking an iCIMS Administrator to act as the primary technical owner for our global Talent Acquisition platforms. You will ensure seamless connectivity between the ATS, external partners, and internal data systems while solving complex logic-based challenges.

What You'll Do

Lead the administration of iCIMS as the core global ATS, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
Maintain and monitor critical integrations between iCIMS, external partners, and internal systems like Workday and Data Marts.
Apply advanced logic to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues and workflow bottlenecks.
Manage and update iForms and basic web elements using HTML/CSS to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Partner with business stakeholders to design technical solutions and lead projects that align with Talent Acquisition goals.
Oversee HR data mart integrations to facilitate advanced reporting and analytics for the leadership team.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an iCIMS Administrator (Mandatory).
Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining iCIMS APIs and a solid conceptual understanding of Workday (WD) integrations.
Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex technical problems and implement scalable solutions.
Deep understanding of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (TA) processes and global workflows.
Functional knowledge of HTML and CSS for platform customization.
Proven track record of leading technical projects and acting as a bridge between technical teams and business units.

Nice to Have

Specific experience with HR Data Mart architecture and advanced data extraction.
History of managing complex tickets and updates via iCIMS technical support.
Experience providing high-level technical cover for leadership roles or during organizational transitions.
