Saviynt is seeking an IAM/IGA Technical Account Manager to join our Expert Services - Professional Services team. This full-time role is based remotely in Canada.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary technical relationship manager for Saviynt's IAM/IGA solutions.
- Deliver expert consulting and services within the Professional Services team.
- Translate client requirements into actionable technical strategies.
- Ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Technical Account Manager or similar client-facing role.
- Deep technical expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
- Strong background in professional services or consulting.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Work Mode
This is a full-time, remote position based in Canada.
