Ashfield Healthcare, LLC, part of Inizio Engage, is hiring a Hybrid Virtual Clinical Educator. In this role, you will provide critical disease state and product education remotely to assigned patients and care partners across the United States within the respiratory therapeutic area. You will also support the design of educational resources and serve as a clinical expert.
What You'll Do
- Provide remote education and training via web and telephone to patients enrolled in the clinical educator program.
- Conduct in-person education sessions when business permits.
- Identify and communicate unique educational opportunities and insights to leadership.
- Contribute clinical expertise to enhance short and long-term program offerings.
- Conduct outbound medication adherence support calls to patients and caregivers.
- Enroll patients into educational seminars and connect them with local community resources.
- Maintain excellent quality and customer service while adhering to approved talking points.
- Utilize live video conferencing software and approved educational materials.
- Complete all required training and competency assessments.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers.
What We're Looking For
- Current US Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, pharmacy, respiratory therapy, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Minimum of 3+ years of combined clinical, pharmaceutical sales, clinical educator, or medical affairs experience.
- Proven experience working remotely with patient interactions.
- Ability to travel within the US, including overnight stays.
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
- Effective, professional communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant telephone manner and articulate phone voice.
- Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology.
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to continual professional development.
Nice to Have
- Master’s level education preferred.
- Background in Respiratory, Rheumatology, Immunology, or a Specialty focus.
