DriveWhip is seeking a Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home settings. This role is structured for a balanced 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement, ensuring clinical connection and flexibility.
What You'll Do
- Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement.
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits.
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress.
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
- Support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships during in-person time.
What We're Looking For
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

- Annual base salary range: $80,000–$95,000.
