At Mercier Consultancy, we are looking for a dedicated Hungarian-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our retail support team. You will be the primary point of contact for Hungarian-speaking customers, ensuring they receive outstanding assistance with their retail product and service inquiries.

What You'll Do

Provide exceptional customer support in Hungarian for inquiries related to retail products and services.
Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
Resolve issues related to returns, exchanges, and product information efficiently.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
Stay informed about current promotions and new product offerings to assist customers effectively.
Gather customer feedback and contribute ideas for service enhancement.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and manage various inquiries efficiently.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

Nice to Have

Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail industry.
Familiarity with customer service software or retail management systems is advantageous.
